Refund Policy & Cancellation

Refund policy: 

ChessMatec does not give refunds . However there are exceptions (see below.).

Within 48 hours: You may be able to get a refund depending on the details of the purchase. 

After 48 hours: Contact the help@chessmatec.com to troubleshoot and find if you can get a refund. You can only use a refund once. If you buy it again you will not be able to get a refund. If a refund is issued you will lose access to the item.

How To Cancel Subscription auto-renew:

 

Login to www.chessadmin.com

  1. Click on the "manage subscription" button

  2. Under the "Status" column click on "Change"

  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Canceling auto-renew before the end of your subscription means you'll have access to paid features until the end of your subscription term. If you only need a paid plan for a short amount of time, we offer a monthly plan. In accordance with our Terms of Use, when you cancel your subscription, previous charges won't be refunded unless legally required.

 

Consumers in the European Union have refund rights described in our European Union Subscription Cancellation Policy. If you're located in another region where we're legally required to issue a refund on an early cancellation, or you have any questions about cancellations or refunds, please contact us: at help@chessmatec.com.
